The biggest help to my campaign is for you to talk to your friends and neighbors in HD69 about me and my qualifications for office.

As we approach election day I need funds to complete our final direct mail campaign. Although we've knocked on over 3000 doors and will continue to do so, direct mail is a proven tool to reach swing voters in their homes. A few thousand dollars this final month could make the winning difference.

There are two ways to contribute. (1) Send a personal check or (2) contribute over the internet.

Montana law specifies that no individual may contribute more than $130 to my campaign. I may not accept contributions from companies, corporations or businesses. Finally, for any contribution over $35 I must report to the MT Political Practices Commission the name, address, occupation, employer, and amount for each contribution. These rules are a bit of a bother but they do help to keep big money interests from having undue influence on local Montana elections.

You might be interested to know that I do not accept contributions from Political Action Committees.
